1. By August 1st- I'm going to get my GED by then 2. By July 1st- I want to at least Exercise least 3 times a week 3. By September 1- I want to loose 45 pounds (as goal 1 for weight loss)

1. Support myself 2. Going back to school 3. Managing stress and anger 4. Nutrition/ How to make healthier meals 5. Get a better budget 6. Increase activity/ weight loss 7. Get GED 8. Feel better about my 9. Family planning 10. Getting a job eventually 11. Improve general health
